Raspberry, green apple, and sweet cream are supported by cocoa nib and angostura bitters.  The coffee growing region of Burundi is divided into a multitude of distinct hills. Mutana lies at the edge of the Kibira forest which allows mist to tumble onto farmers’ fields daily creating a unique microclimate. Burundi is one of the most rurally dense countries in the world and Mutana is no exception, housing 858 farmers growing a diversity of crops ranging from coffee and tea to wheat, potato, beans, and passion fruit.  Washed jackson and bourbon cultivars. 2100-2200 masl
