Established in 2003, this is where Herkimer Coffee started and calls home. Our first cafe that is also home to our roastery and wholesale office. A community based neighborhood spot where daily routines begin — a quick stop to fuel up, meet up with an old friend or to just take a break from the busy day. Mornings are busy and practical while the afternoons are chill.

Born in 2007 and located towards the North end of University along the border of Ravenna and the University District. It’s a quieter spot, mostly visited by people who live nearby and students taking a break from the busy class day. The focus is on making the same great cup of coffee, day after day. It’s a place for familiar orders, brief conversations, and a consistent stop in the neighborhood.

Nestled in the Belltown area of downtown Seattle, this café is built around the workday. Opening in 2020, it’s a quick stop for people coming in on foot, between meetings, or on their way to the office. 
Service is fast, the pace is steady, and there’s plenty of natural light throughout the day. A straightforward place for coffee that fits into the rhythm of the city.
